Option #2: Influence

Leaders influence organizations. In your paper, address the following:

1. Summarize influential tactics described by the author of the text.
2. Which tactic would you use to implement change in your department?
3. Why would you use this tactic?
4. Specify how you would apply this tactic to influence and implement change.

Your paper should be 2-3 pages long, plus a title page and reference page. Follow APA format, according to CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Include two outside academic sources to support your responses.
