Read the following:

For this course you will select one organization that you will use in each assignment in this class. It can be your current organization or a past organization you worked for. This first week you will select your organization and describe it in detail using terminology you learned this week.

Write a proposal of approximately 900 words in which you do the following:

•Identify what model best describes your organization (autocratic, custodial, supportive, or collegial).•Describe what type of organization model (mechanistic or organic) is present and include examples of evidence.•Explain the various social environments at your organization and how that affected behavior.

Include at a minimum of two scholarly sources in addition to your textbook to support your analysis.
