Please see the instructions below regarding collaboration #1.

1.  Please read the memo linked below and then watch the video link uploaded below to gather details around this scenario that occurred in the summer of 2017.  Then, answer the questions below in your initial post (more details below).  

• After reading chapters 3 and 11, do you believe there are any legal ramifications that could occur regarding Google for terminating James' employment?  Why or why not?
• Do you believe James has a strong case against the actions taken by Google? Why or why not?

You will then need to post to the course discussion board and respond to 3 different classmate's posts.   Your own document submission will be due by 11:59pm on 11/12/22 and comments will be due by 11:59pm on 11/13/22.
