Domino’s CEO Ritch Allison has hired you as a consultant to develop a strategic plan that will enable Domino’s to improve its position in the pizza segment of the quick service restaurant industry. In developing your recommendations, you should assess the pizza segment, Domino’s blend of human talent and digital technology, and its recent financial performance. Finally, the plan should offer specific, actionable recommendations that will allow Domino’s to improve its position.
