For this assignment you are to identify a process; any process will suffice.  Document the process (create a process diagram).  Then, discuss how you would apply ‘TOC’ principles to the process.  Then discuss the updated process.  Make sure to mention any forecasted performance improvements.  Make sure to justify your performance improvement claims.
