Instruction: This is an individual, take home exam. Read carefully all questions before providing an answer. Your response must be the result of your individual work and be presented in a scholarly manner. I want concise, detailed responses. Edit your responses to achieve economy of words, but depth of analysis. Use APA styles for in text citation and referencing. Your work will be evaluated based on your demonstrated understanding of the materials that we covered in this class. Academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and disciplinary action will ensue.

Submission (Must comply with all the submission requirements):

1. Memo I: Submit your Memo I Word file on Canvas and submit a printed hard copy in class. On Canvas, name your file “Lastname_MemoI.docx”.

  1. Mid-Term Exam: Print a professional, hard copy and submit in class. Submit your MS Project file and the write-up in Word file on Canvas, “Lastname_MTE.docx” and “Lastname_MTE.mpp”.

  2. Final Exam: Submit Final Exam in Word file through Canvas. Name your file “Lastname_FE.docx”.

Memo is limited to one-page, single spacing, 12-point font. In your Memo I, include the following information:

1. Movie name 2. One project from the movie that you will be analyzing 3. Project manager for the project you identified 4. Project team members for the project you identified 5. Justify why the project you identified from the movie can be classified as a project.

Note: Choose your movie and project wisely. Once approved by the instructor, your project selection cannot be changed, and your midterm exam and final exam will be based on the project you identified in this memo.

Technical writing and professionalism in document presentation. This includes, but not limited to, the use of proper written English, use print function from MS Project, no handwriting on printed document, legible, presented in a professional manner, document does not cause physical injury on your TA etc.
