• Part 1: After completing this week’s reading assignments and lectures, write a 250-word paper on the following topic:
  • Explain the two models for solving ethical problems in organizations presented in this week’s reading: the Ethics Toolkit (The PLUS Decision Making Model) and Ruddell’s model (see Ruddell's book, chapter 5). Write your own approach based on these examples and/or other good ideas.
  • Briefly describe how ethical decisions are made in your organization. Analyze based on your own approach. As a leader, what can you do to instill better decision-making approaches in your organization (if needed) toward solving ethical problems?
• Part 2: After completing this week’s reading assignments and lectures, write a 250-word paper on the following topic:
  • Comment on two of this week’s cases - Cases 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 (pp. 345 - 349 Top). Try to apply your steps for solving ethical problems in the analysis and solution. Also include the answers to the questions at the end of each case.

Paper must be done in APA format. I also attached a zip file of case 8.1 8.2 and 8.3.
