There are 2 parts to this assignment. I have completed part 1, but need help on part 2.

Part 1

We had to develop an architecture for a system that helps customers in a department store. The store is part of a chain. It does this via specialized store-owned cell phones used only within the store.

Part 2

1.   Identify 3-5 additional classes needed for a detailed class model, and describe their responsibilities and relationships on an augmented version of the class model. For three of these classes, provide two or three key attributes and functions (methods). 

If you like, you may make additional assumptions about the system's requirements but please state these assumptions.

Work completed from Part 1

Characteristics:

a.   The cell phones can be used to talk—but only to a store representative using Voice-Over-IP.  

b.   Customers may be transferred to a remote employee if specialized expertise is required.

c.    The cell phones are loaded with a single application ("the app").

d.   The app allows taking and transmission of photographs of items in the store.

e.   The app allows customers to pay for an item at any time (and thus avoid checking it out).
