Question:1.      a) Organizations are concerned with only customer satisfaction. Discuss.

b) With relevant practical examples, examine the contribution of a management accountant in the general managerial process of every organization.

2.a) An effective system of costing is an essential factor for industrial; control under modern conditions of business and as such may be regarded as an important part in the effect any management to secure business stability. Discuss.

3. A factory manufactures only one product in one quality and size. The owner of the factory states that he has a sound system of financial accounting which can provide him unit cost information and such does not need a cost management system. State your argument to convince him to introduce a cost management system.
