1. Perform an analysis of the IR spectrum with the identification of the NO2 absorption bands in the image:

2. Assign the m/z 213 and 167 peaks in the mass spectrum of the product shown below. (side note: I'm a bit confused of what this question is asking me to do....can someone clarify? It seems too easy to just mark where m/z 213 and 167 are so I'm unsure of what they are looking for)?
