This is a personal project for my ethics class. We have to use one of the philosophers views below to create our own version of Morality.
Step One: in the first part of your project construct a personal definition of morality that uses one of the normative theories (Ethical Egoism, Bentham, Mill, Kant, Ross, Aristotle, Confucius, Noddings). This will be your personal Theory-Enhanced Definition of Morality.
Step Two: in the second part of your project relate your Theory-Enhanced Definition of Morality to a difficult moral situation that occurred in your life.
Step Three: in the third part of your project, create some imaginary situations to show the strengths as well as the weaknesses of your Theory-Enhanced Definition of Morality.
Step Four: in the final part of your project develop an improved Theory-Enhanced Definition of Morality. You can use a second normative theory to do this.
