The first page will be the documentation of 24-hour, and the second page will cover what you learned from your observation. This journal is designed to demonstrate the variation and amountyou communicate during the course of the day. Your observation should be designed to easily track what you are communicating, to who or by which methods. Create a tally mark count for each hour you spend. Remember to write all the different types of communication use.
