Place yourself in the position of a healthcare lobbyist. The issues related to the topics below are competing with other government funding needs such as school safety, global military security, and immigration reform. Why should your selection of a health issue be considered a priority in relation to these other national interests?

3. Compose an annotated bibliography on 4 articles on the topic of your choice in relation to the law and or health policy. You must summarize the 4 articles from scholarly journals published within the past 5 years. Each annotated summary must be at least 150 words.

• The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, and misspelling.
• The paper should be formatted per current APA and 1000-1250 words in length, excluding the title, abstract, and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 4 current (Preferably published within the last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
