You have been introduced to two big concepts: 

1. Being intentional about all parts of the relationship will help you be successful in working with people to bring about change
2. Spending time planning and structuring your interactions with your "clients" will greatly improve your chances for achieving successful outcomes

Here are a couple of worksheets that will help you apply these two concepts. The first one walks you through the steps of examining both the current status of a relationship and the desired outcomes for your interactions. The second worksheet is a planning tool you can complete before more formal interactions. Together, these worksheets can help you both plan for client meetings and assess the results of those meetings as you compare outcomes with your plan.
