Plato argued that we, as a soul, survive the death of our bodies. Then, the soul exists by itself, happily, without having the annoyance of a body. Another dualist possibility is that the soul just kind of floats into a new body (maybe the new body won't be as distracting as the old one!). Is those the only ways immortality would be possible? What are the other possibilities, in your opinion?
