FIRST: Discuss the Supreme Court's decisions with regards to two of the following:  prayer in public school, aid to church-related schools, public display of the Ten Commandments, and the teaching of creationism as opposed (or in addition to) to evolution.

NEXT:  Explain how you feel about the Supreme Court's balancing act in trying to maintain both freedom of religion and separation of church and state.

THEN:  Examine on what grounds free speech may be limited, according to the Supreme Court.  An example or two will be sufficient.  Do you disagree with any of these limitations?  Why or why not?
