Please Describe the design procedure stage-by stage ,beginning with the output stage. Choose the initial bias points for all stages.

Provide sufficient theoretical and quantitative justification on the VCC choice. Try to optimize VCC on a per-stage basis to achieve the lowest power.

Please help in explaining and design.
