Please fix this announcement: grammar, sentence and make it more formal when announcing to family and friend through text message or email. 

(I would like to make a quick announcement for the upcoming graduation ceremony for the current semester. There have been a change on my schedule for graduating a semester early due to performance. Therefore, A petition was reintroduced so we can move forward as planned. In that event, The Spring 2021 Commencement ceremony for bachelor degree candidates will be Thursday, May 6 at 9:am. Center Parc Stadium (755 Hank Aaron Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30315). For those who are attending in-person ceremony, No tickets will be required for guests or any friends. If a make-up ceremony is needed, it will be Sunday, May 8. i apologize for any inconvenience with time and let me know if you have any question. )
