Please interpret the following IR spectrum and NMR spectrum that represents a solid unknown sample.

Base on the IR and NMR, please determine the functional groups of the unknown sample and identify the unknown. Base on the solubility test and classification test I perform, I find that it should be phenol. But please help me confirm and support my answer using IR. Also, I prepare derivative of the unknown in order to positively identify it. The melting point of the derivative is 75.2 - 97.2. Please use the mp and NMR to identify the unknown.
