Being different from traditional instruments of communication, social media is a two-way street which enables both customers and business companies to communicate with each other (Nations, 2015).  In regards to customers, the Internet-based social media can be an ideal online platform where they can communicate freely with the business providers or share their personal experience and comments (Kietzmann, Hermkens & Silvestre, 2011).
