A hot topic in the area of substance use and criminal justice is decriminalization of marijuana in many Cities, States, and Countries. What do you think are the pro’s and con’s of decriminalization of marijuana? Thinking about decriminalization of marijuana, should those incarcerated for marijuana related charges in now decriminalized states/countries, be exonerated? Why or why not?
