Please read the following situation and answer the 5 requirements mentioned:CONTEXT AND GOAL

Your company is an Italian affordable car manufacturer that opened a new factory in Romania, near the town of Lehliu Gară and highway A2 – the factory is finished and started to function at half capacity in 2021, employing nearly a fifth or the local population. In order to work at full capacity, the management decided to bring in 400 specialized/skilled workers from its other factories (situated abroad), a move that might create local tensions. What should be done to prevent such tensions and ensure the integration of the new arrivals into the working force, in order to take the factory to full capacity by 2022?

REQUIREMENTS
