The idea here is to think about the literature review and specifically, what topics and sources you have found that provide a foundation on which you can build your research.For example, if I were to write a literature review about the intersection of business and education, I would look for research discussing the business side of education.  In your secondary research (reading published research journal articles, dissertations, etc.) have you found any sources that you would consider foundational to your study? If so, how will you go about finding more? If not, where can you start? What topics do you need to explore?  *** My literature focus is Toxic Leadership and employee mistreatment and how human resources can a better job and not to always be on the side of the supervisor.
