The two topics that interested me the most throughout this program was leadership please define.

I am very interested in the following two topics listed below:

1. The relationship between favoritism and workplace morale.

2. Women and Leadership: Challenges, Barriers and envy from women who are in a leadership position, but prevents other women from advancing in their careers.
