This assignment is to help you develop your course paper. For your course paper you will be training a specific athlete. For this assignment, you will develop that specific athlete. You need to write a short paper (2-5 pages) providing details about the athlete you will be training. You need to include things such as height,weight, gender, age, sport, position played (if applicable), level and any other important information (periodization, your plan/model). You need to determine which pre-tests you would have this athlete perform before developing a program for him/her. When selecting tests, make sure they are testing for the information you need. For example, do not perform the vertical jump if this does not help you develop a program. In other words, do not do testing just to do testing, make sure it is for a reason and you will need to state why you selected each test for this athlete. This paper is to be submitted in APA format. Please be sure to inclue all rules of APA formatting.
