Police vs. Community 

I think we would all agree that the disconnect between law enforcement and the public they serve is the worst it has been in many years.  I have just appointed you to be the Chief of Police for Jurisville and I am tasking you with coming up with a solution to better relations between the community and the police department. 

1.     Identify why you think there is a disconnect between police and the community

2.     Provide me with a solution to improve relations

3.     Don’t be afraid to think “outside the box.”
