Political payoffs are a problem in many countries including the United States.  How would you react if you faced the prospect of paying a bribe in order to secure a 100 billion dollar ($100 billions) contract for your company?

What if you knew that by not paying, you would not be able to finish a $100 billion contract and your company will loose the opportunity to be awarded the contract? Also, there is a possibility that you may loose your job.
