I cannot run the program I have created. I have tried clicking F5 in Idle but it will display the first line for the user. I have proofread my code and cannot pinpoint what is happening. I have included a screenshot of this portion of the code where I believe the problem is located.

Please, if you can explain where the error is and why the following lines aren't displayed so I can continue debugging the program.
