I am resubmitting my question, if possible could I please have assistance tomorrow evening. I am still trying to figure it out, but it is due tomorrow. I have attached a file with the questions and I am going to post an Excel document in addition to this. I have figured out all the other questions but these ones and I'm completely confused by how to come up with the appropriate answers.
