Hello , So basically I'm writing a feasibility paper for my entrepreneurship class and i need help with two points which fall under the Product/Service Development

I'm making an app which is basically connecting all the babysitter to the parents. This app will verify all the babysitter and connect the parents with them without any fear. this app has unique features like selecting the age of the babysitter to when needed with emergency services available too

Product/Service Development —

Intellectual property acquisition (if relevant; this is both IP you need to actually acquire from another company, as well as any patents, trademarks, copyrights and/or trade secrets you develop yourself.

Plan for prototyping and testing, if you have a product-based business or are developing a technology product/service.

So we need to discus how the (prototyping and testing) and (Intellectual property acquisition) will take place

I thought of some bullet points it will be great if you can structure and elaborate them in about

For Intellectual property acquisition-

the babysitter needs to certifying themselves with - drug test, first aid test, basic knowledge about babysitting and do's and dont's

Our app patient will be something like - App which is making the babysitter connect to the parents. trademarks, copyrights and/or trade secrets you develop yourself.

For Prototyping and testing

I'm not really sure of how it takes place but I thought this process should take place like - Being a student in college- we would probably run the app at college place first where students who are interested to babysit can sign up for it and can try out the app in the beta version, then we will send it out to our family and friends before making it public.
