We have a project that we are currently working on and I am looking for some guidance in the right direction to get started...
Your company is currently planning to automate many different system administration tasks. Your manager has asked you to research a system administration task and implement it using VBScript. In addition, your manager would like to see both a proposal that describes the system administration task and a complete VBScript solution with sample output runs.
I am wondering really how to even start going in the right direction. I was planning on writing a script that could remote shut-down /boot back up all of the companies computers, and allow batch updates to run...similar to what many companies do today. With that in mind...is there a way to tie all of the following subjects into the program? Or should I be taking another direction with this??
