Communications can be interpersonal and organizational. Interpersonal communication can be of two types, verbal and non-verbal. Oral and written are the two types of verbal communication. Organizational communication can have two forms, formal and informal. There are different directions of organizational communication, upward, downward and lateral. In this globalised and competitive world both interpersonal and organisational communication is very crucial in order to achieve success.
