The construction process involves many stages ranging from the initial agreement to the closing of the agreement when the structure has been fully assembled, the whole procedure requires to get past many stages starting with the Planning phase, which as the name suggests includes all the preliminary planning that will include the demands of the client to “what to do’s and what not to do’s” or if the client requires any special features in the building or a special structure, etc. After the planning process has been successfully implemented the next stage in the construction process will be the design phase, which is considered as the building block for any construction process and will usually require several meetings amongst the client and the chief engineer.
