In the year 2008, the annual income exceeded 1.6 million and is expected to exceed 4.4 million by the end of 2015 (He, Zou & Jin, 2010). It is observed that the Chinese society is a highly collectivist culture where the interest of the team is given more importance than the priority of the individual.
