Case 4: Last year Sathiac County had what was called a flu epidemic with many needing hospitalizations. This County is unique because it has a very large retirement community and also a large area in the center of the County that caters to young families. When the flu information was reviewed, the predominant number of people with severe cases of the flu last year were the elderly and children under the age of 4. This year the County has been asked to try to improve; lowering the cases of flu by staging a flu vaccine campaign. They are concerned about how they can reach the target populations.
