           Behavior Modification AssignmentIn this paper, you will pick a behavior you want to change and will follow the steps outlined here.

1.Specify target behavior—make it specific and observable, rather than vague personality traits.

2.Gather baseline data—observe target behavior for a period of time before starting your program. Include graphs or tables in your paper, make sure data are accurate.

3.Design your program—you may want to use rewards or punishments. This is the section to discuss those.

4.Execute and evaluate—this is where you gather data on the behavior while your program is running. Include another graph or table in this section. Did the frequency of the target behavior change?

5.End the program. Was it a success? Why or why not? Any future goals?

          The paper should be about 5-7 pages in length (double-spaced), including your graphs/tables for steps 2 and 4. You must include at least 3 references that relate to your behavior of interest and cite those in the body of your paper by author and year and include these as items in a references section at the end of the paper in APA style
