You have the date and your heading and then three paragraphs.  The first paragraph answers who, what, when,  where, why, how much.  The second paragraph provides additional detail about what was mentioned in paragraph 1. The third paragraph includes stats or a statement from an expert or whatever you want to include to make it more credible.  Then you provide your contact info.  If you still have questions,  look at the power point about how to write.  It has all the information
