Instructions: Write an essay about the similarities and differences between Luther’s approach to the Christian faith in his On Christian Liberty and Calvin’s approach in his letters to Sadoleto.  You may discuss the differences in focus, mode of exposition, opinions on disputed matters of the time, Catholic “errors” specifically targeted, etc., as well as the continuities between the two, citing relevant excerpts where necessary to support your claims.
