Rank Cultural Geographic Issues
- Which issue do you feel is most important?
- How would you rank them and why?
- Add a 11th paradigm, something you feel was not included.
For your Discussion 4 entry rank the following issues with number 1 being the most important in your opinion through number 10. Then add one you think is missing. In other words re-rank them according to what you think is the most important. After you place your entry, do not forget to respond to two other students' entries.

The issue that I feel is most important would be Global Climate Change. I ranked the issues based on the amount of people that would be affected. Issues that affect everyone globally are placed at the top of the list with each receding rank a little less important globally than the previous. The reason why Global Climate Change is ranked #1 is because the Earth would be destroyed/become uninhabitable in a short amount of time if this issue continues to remain unresolved.
An 11th paradigm I felt wasn't included would be the increase in life expectancy for almost every country. This would rank below #4 on my list above.

The number #1 issue energy supplies and energy demands - population is increasing by the seconds and more...more energy is harness from natural resources or man made. Eventually this resources will affect humanities overall living and lifestyle. My 11th ranking issue to add is Water security - water is the main source of life.
As stated below is the Facts of Water Security (https://21stcenturychallenges.org/water-security/ (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.).
- The Earth’s atmosphere contains approximately 13 000 km3 of water.
- In 2030, 47% of world population will be living in areas of high water stress.
- In low- and middle-income countries, 38% of health care facilities lack any water source, 19% do not have improved sanitation and 35% lack water and soap for handwashing.
