Actions:  The evidence is clear what will happen on the planet if governments, businesses, and individuals don't take swift action and implement sweeping large-scale changes.  But still, there are debates about  how this should be done and who should pay for it.

  • What have been the most contentious issues?
  • After all, is said and done and if a final agreement is signed, do you think individual countries (particularly the US) will honor their commitments?
