Reading Assignemnt

I need someone to read the attached article and answer four questions. The answer should be well constructed, clear and comprehend all aspects of the question. This assignment is so critical toward my final grade in this course. I need it in 12 hours maximum. There first two questions worth 6 points and the remaining two worth 4 points.. Obviously the answers for the ones that worth more should be longer and more comprehensive. REMEMBER, I NEED IT IN 12 HOURS.
