Using your weekly reading assignments and your own research, create and post a position statement regarding the current minimum wages for both hourly and salaried workers.  Do you feel the minimum wages are sufficient, should be increased, done away with altogether, or something in the middle?  

Also, describe why employers typically are against raising the minimum wage.
