Welcome back to the CHRTC 100 Discussion Forum. This is the last post for this semester for reading responses.

Students are expected to post responses to two of the posted discussion questions.  Responses should be 150 - 250 words in length each.

Please choose two of the following questions and post your responses by 11:59 pm on Friday, June 6.

1.  The Harris text refers to the Jewish-Christian debate on the nature and person of the Messiah. Briefly summarize this debate. 

2.  Provide a brief summary of the unique themes presented in the gospel of Mark. 

3.  Provide a brief summary of the unique themes presented in the gospel of Matthew.

4.  Provide a brief summary of the unique themes presented in the gospel of Luke.

5.  The gospel of John is sometimes divided into the Book of Signs and the Book of Glory. What are the signs from the Book of Signs in the gospel of John?

6.  Why do some scholars believe that the book of Luke and the book of Acts might share an author?
