Reflection Letter:  Use full block letter style; in three paragraphs, compose a letter to your instructor in which you reflect back on what you have learned from this course.  How has this class impacted the way you think?  What particular issue was the most interesting to you?  Explain why.  The reflection letter must be a minimum of three paragraphs. 

Base on the following information

This course provides essential insights and techniques that prepare a student for assuming the responsibilities required of a supervisory role. This course will address common work situations and challenges.  Topics include communication, resolving conflicts, managing a diverse workforce, and preparing a departmental budget, among others.  Students are required to demonstrate proficiency in basic EXCEL skills. A SAM proficiency test and practical test will be administered. 

Course Overview: This course will help students develop an understanding of supervisory management through the study of different management theories and examining the functions of a supervisor.  This course also supports the development of the following competencies:  critical thinking, oral communication, written communication, quantitative reasoning and problem-solving, technical expertise, positive work ethic.
