Reflection on Ethics

Now that you have begun your study of ethics, it is worthy to take time to reflect on your own ethical perspective. Consider the following questions:

• What factors do you consider when weighing a moral issue?
• What factors do you consider when you describe someone as a good or bad person?
• What moral theory described in the reading do you believe most closely matches your own moral perspective? Why? (Rule-utilitarianism or utilitarianism, due to my job in human resources.)
• What is one general question you have regarding ethics?

For this assignment you will need to respond to each of these questions. Your responses should total 1-2 pages in length and be in APA format.
