When large firms apply economies of scale, they seem to always benefit from this, I see this all the time where I live. There is a dealership owned by one owner and he has over 18 dealerships locally. With that kind of business this particular owner receives a nice discount when ordering his units. On the other hand, the smaller dealerships do not receive a similar discount on their units as the larger dealership. Do you think this is a fair deal for any small business?
