 Customer integration is key to an organization's success in running a efficient operation.  Customer satisfaction is constantly changing per every transaction.  At times it is difficult to appease every customer however, making your transaction process easy and transparent will positively mark a lasting loyalty for the customer.  Without customer integration there wouldn't be the customer loyalty or customer satisfaction towards a specific organization.  No matter how small or insignificant an organization has with customer interaction, they set themselves for a better loyalty to their brand.  Constant engagement encourages the customer to feel some sort of connection to the brand.  Do you think customer loyalty is forever? or does it become fluid like customer satisfaction?
