Research at least three different criminal statutes on your states’ website. In a 1 to 2 page APA formatted MS Word document, write a paper that answers the following:

1. What is the statute?
2. Describes the mens rea and actus reus of the crime.
3. Did any of the crimes NOT include all of the five elements of criminal liability discussed in Chapter 3?
4. What types of crimes were those that included of the elements compared to those that did not?

Be sure to include a title page, one to two pages for the body of your paper, and a reference page.   At least one outside reference (other than the textbook) is required.
