I will attach the theme I am assigned to do which is "Outsourcing Care" the paper I will attach will have a description of what outsourcing care is and with that I have 5 quotes from 5 different interviews supporting the theme, I will be needing the following: 

1) 500 word long paragraph relating the quotes with the theme description 

2) the paper is about family and work balance, the interviews I collected were on how parent manage to balance family and worklife, taking care of the kids the theme that was assigned to me is outsourcing care.
