1. Please make sure you use the BlueBook form of legal citation. A law librarian, or your legal writing instructor should be able to help you.
2. You have a lot of information under two main headings. I strongly recommend that you create an outline, and a roadmap for your reader through additional headings and sub-headings. It helps the reader to have the materials presented in a way that is organized for them. You can browse some law review articles to get a sense of the organization and roadmap I am trying to describe here
